I’m Louis Rizzo, Founder and Principal Consultant. After more than two decades in the field—spanning nuclear power, aerospace, marine structures, pipelines, and critical infrastructure—I founded Apex CCS with one goal: to help teams deliver high-stakes projects without the usual friction, rework, or audit risk.

My background includes project and quality leadership roles with organizations like Bechtel, Fluor, and NASA, as well as extensive field experience from the U.S. to Southeast Asia and the Middle East. As a NACE Instructor, AMPP Peer Reviewer, and certified expert in coatings, NDT, and welding. I bring a hands-on, standards-driven approach that clients trust—especially when the margin for error is zero. Apex stands by Safety and Quality is our number 1 goal!

Apex CCS offers flexible engagement models to suit each project’s unique demands. We support clients through scoped technical work, advisory support, retainer-based quality assurance, and emergency outage coverage. For utilities and public entities, we also operate through IDIQ and MSA task orders for streamlined project execution.
